We will be happy to try to help solve whatever problem is wrong with your book. Please remember, Vallan personally types all of the wording into each book so there are sometimes mistakes.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of the product, we can not accept returns.
We are not responsible to replace any books due to normal wear & tear.
We cannot be held liable for any damages that may be incurred due to USPS (weather, damage to box, etc.).
If you need to return your book/planner, you will be responsible for the return shipping.
